Ladies and Gentlemen,

As an Ambassador for Peace and Prosperity, it is a profound honor and privilege to address you today. I wish to begin by expressing how deeply impressed I am by the unparalleled hospitality and warmth of the people of Albania. This genuine kindness is something we must all learn to truly appreciate, for it is only through heart-centered warmth and tolerance that we can successfully build sustainable bridges between differing cultures and nations.

Personally, I view the Balkans—and Albania in particular—as an exemplary role model for other countries when it comes to honoring traditional values. These are vital principles, such as deep-rooted love and unwavering cohesion within the family unit. In many other parts of the world, precisely these traditional values have been systematically lost, most visibly, for instance, in Germany.

We must make a conscious effort to strengthen our ethical and moral compass to ensure that our behavior remains consistently responsible. Only when we arm ourselves with sufficient knowledge and a high degree of emotional intelligence can we effectively contribute to restoring a healthy balance between individuals and the diverse nations of this world.

As an Ambassador of the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity, I have pledged my commitment to championing and actively fostering global peace and economic stability. I hold a firm conviction that peace and prosperity are inextricably linked.

“Where true prosperity exists, conflicts and geopolitical tensions naturally diminish; and where peace reigns, humanity can fully unlock its potential to build lasting wealth.”

If we genuinely desire to preserve world peace, we must first start within ourselves. We must closely examine how we think about our own identity, our fellow human beings, and our shared environment. Peace begins at home, in our own minds, because our thoughts inevitably dictate our actions. We must remain hyper-aware that our words and deeds carry a direct impact on our immediate surroundings, and that our choices reverberate across society.

In this 21st century, achieving true peace requires nothing less than a fundamental shift in human consciousness. We must remain exceptionally vigilant and recognize how our thoughts and emotions have been subtly guided by decades of calculated wartime propaganda. We must realize once and for all that we will never achieve peace through the use of force, and that a problem can never be solved using the exact same mindset that created it. Peace is not a passive gift handed to us; it demands active mindfulness, mutual respect, and the courage to approach one another openly.

“Vigilance is the price of peace. Likewise, war is neither a random accident nor an inevitable destiny; it is initiated by human beings, and it can be brought to an end by human beings.”

“Within this global human family, I stand firmly for peace, for constructive public discourse, and for the peaceful contribution and coexistence of differing viewpoints.”

My clear stance is this:

To definitively secure peace and stability, we must focus our attention on several critical pillars. First, we must ensure that every single child receives an adequate, high-quality education to develop their mental faculties and build a prosperous future. Second, we must remain vigilant and grant an objective hearing to both sides of any dynamic, allowing us to accurately identify systemic issues before they escalate into open conflict.

Furthermore, we must guarantee that our individual liberty and fundamental constitutional rights remain protected. They must never be compromised by a minority attempting to control or influence our independent thought and actions. We require a robust democracy and a genuinely just economic system to eradicate starvation on our planet and ensure that no human being has to suffer needlessly.

To achieve this, we must reflect deeply on traditional values and realign our moral-ethical compass. This is the key to accepting alternative opinions and fostering a deeper, authentic respect for one another. By embedding these foundational values into the very fabric of our societies, we will create a significantly better future for everyone.

Allow me now to directly address the elephant in the room: global economic inequality.

Did you know that a mere eight individuals currently possess as much wealth—roughly 426 billion USD—as half of the entire population of this planet combined? There is a glaring ethical and moral vacuum here, as this tiny group continues to aggressively strive for more, despite their already unimaginable riches. This staggering reality should force every single one of us to pause and reflect.

Now, I recognize that introducing laws to place a hard legal ceiling on personal wealth may sound like an idealistic, utopian concept. But consider this: What if the wealthiest of the wealthy were required to redistribute just 50% of their vast holdings, or simply contribute a mere 5% annually for the next ten years?

Ladies and gentlemen, 5% per year is exactly what this elite group has passively collected in interest alone over the past two decades! If we implemented this, global starvation would be eradicated overnight, and all sovereign debts could be completely settled.

“The debt of one party is the wealth of another—that is the mechanical nature of capitalism.” But the interest that fuels this system is generated entirely by the hard-working working class. The segment of the ultra-wealthy grows smaller yet infinitely richer, while the lower segment of society expands, sinking deeper into artificial poverty.

Yet, Klaus Schwab wishes to push this concentration of power even further to the absolute top. In his publicized visions, he infamously states:

“You will own nothing, and you will be happy.”

Now, I can completely understand how he and the selected group of individuals within his private club will be incredibly happy. But perhaps he and his elite members should lead by example for once. Let them show us how wonderful it feels when he and his inner circle own absolutely nothing, and he has to pay his monthly rent directly to us.

Even as children in kindergarten, we were taught the basic human principle of sharing and giving to others. As adults, when we witness two children fighting, we intervene and settle the dispute with words. We do not step in and hand a knife to both of them—or, as we see in modern geopolitics today, supply billions of dollars in heavy weaponry to ensure they can fight each other more destructively. Sadly, as people age, they seem to forget the simplest truths. Nevertheless, we must seriously reconsider these global approaches if we truly want to foster prosperity in developing nations and permanently defeat hunger on this planet.

“At this juncture, I wish to address the wealthiest members of our global community. It is my firm conviction that it should be a matter of course for the richest individuals to invest in projects that purely serve the public good—without harboring underlying financial motives, such as manufacturing global diseases simply to immediately sell the corresponding injection.”

Every single one of us can, and must, contribute to shaping a more equitable and peaceful world order.

In this context, allow me to share a personal lesson:

My father always used to tell me, “Money rules the world.” I could never fully bring myself to believe that, because money possesses no emotions. Consequently, it cannot pursue agendas or personal interests. How could it possibly rule?

While it is undeniably the single dominant power on this planet before which much of humanity falls to its knees, money does not rule the world.

Humanity rules the world, because humans created money in the first place. And money created capitalism, not the other way around. Therefore, neither money nor capitalism bears the ultimate responsibility for the crises plaguing our world. Human beings bear that responsibility through their own destructive greed. For the world provides more than enough to satisfy every man’s genuine need, but it will never have enough to satisfy every man’s insatiable greed.

How, then, can we draw closer to the idealized dream of world peace?

A viable solution, which in my opinion would represent a monumental leap forward, lies in a fundamental structural reform of the United Nations (UN). Currently, the UN can only pass non-binding resolutions, but it cannot enact global law. It is structured to react rather than to proactively enforce. Furthermore, we operate under a outdated system where a handful of powerful nations dictate the global agenda, while the vast majority of countries possess very little real influence.

What we urgently require is a strong United Nations that functions as a legitimate executive body—one capable of passing core global statutes that must then be integrated into national law, similar to how the European Union operates structurally with its member states. Through such a mechanism, we could universally establish inviolable human rights, permanently abolish torture, and eliminate the death penalty worldwide.

However, it is of paramount, absolute importance that the United Nations does not transform into a centralized instrument weaponized by a select elite to enforce their own version of global order and dictate the destiny of mankind. Instead, individual nations must retain their full, uncompromised sovereignty. Global statutes should only ever be enacted if they concern the absolute core survival of humanity, and such laws must require a strict, absolute majority vote to pass.

I am fully aware that this concept may be viewed by some as an idealistic theory. Yet, I firmly believe it provides a robust structural framework to actively promote world peace, and I trust that my ideas will be evaluated with an open mind and a receptive heart.

Throughout my extensive career as an advisor for international economic relations, I have visited every corner of this world. If there is one definitive lesson I have learned, it is that the ultimate bedrock for peace and prosperity is education and emotional intelligence.

Only through comprehensive education can we strengthen the ethical and moral competencies required to deeply understand and respect our fellow human beings. We must champion the cause of making education universally accessible to all, completely independent of an individual’s social or economic background. Naturally, every person must be granted the opportunity to cultivate their unique talents and skills to actively contribute to the wealth and progress of our global society. We must fortify our educational institutions, preparing our youth for a world where they do not merely acquire technical and digital expertise, but master the profound art of human coexistence.

We must constantly remind ourselves that we are all interconnected parts of a much larger global community. We can only achieve true success if we respect one another and guard the well-being of all. If we want world peace to become a reality, human rights and individual dignity must be held sacrosanct.

I hold the highest possible regard for the international organization, the Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity. I deeply respect and honor Dr. Shefki Hysa for his lifelong, tireless dedication and unwavering persistence in making the Balkans, and indeed the wider world, a significantly better place through his carefully selected diplomatic core.

We must all lead by example, fiercely promoting tolerance, mutual understanding, and acceptance within our ranks. Let us work hand in hand to construct a world where peace and prosperity are a tangible reality for every human being. I know that we can achieve this ambitious goal if we unite our collective efforts.

Let us learn from the mistakes of the past. Regardless of our nationality, our background, or our faith—at the end of the day, we are all one human family.
