Speech to UN Diplomats and Global Leaders as well as various religious leaders

World peace begins within each of us

In a world characterized by diversity and differences, people have always looked for answers that give them guidance and comfort. In their search for meaning, they have often found refuge in various belief systems. But while belief in religions and ideologies can give us hope and comfort, it is important that we also question ourselves and form our own opinions. Only then can we achieve a world characterized by ethics, morals and warmth.

The idea that belief in man-made religions leads to conflict and war is not new. Historically, religious beliefs have often served as a pretext for arguments. But shouldn’t we focus on what unites us rather than letting differences divide us ? It is time for us as individuals to question ourselves and realize that we live in a globalized world where we are all connected.

One of the most important things each of us can do is to form our own opinions and not blindly follow leaders like sheep running behind a flock. The ability to think critically and evaluate information without bias is critical. This is the only way we can protect ourselves against manipulation and propaganda and contribute to a fairer world.

The current challenges we face require a collective effort. But this effort should not be one of fear or blind obedience. Instead, we should realize that our actions have an impact on the world and that we have a responsibility to change it for the better.

Each and every one of us should believe in ourselves and strive to leave the planet better than we found it. This requires commitment, empathy and the willingness to take responsibility. We are all inhabitants of this wonderful planet and it is in our hands to protect and preserve it.

In a world characterized by diversity and differences, we should recognize and value the similarities that connect us. Only by searching for inner truth and global harmony can we create a world characterized by ethics, morals and warmth, in which every individual finds their place and can make a contribution. It is up to all of us to make this vision a reality.

In my role as Vice President of the DMPP, I stand firmly against war and am passionate about peace. It is an undeniable fact that those who make decisions for war are rarely themselves on the front lines and bear the terrible consequences of their actions. Instead, they often trick unsuspecting citizens into fighting for their causes using propaganda and empty promises such as “for the fatherland.”

“A world in which those who want war go into battle themselves would undoubtedly be more peaceful.”

Each of us should ask ourselves the question: What do I personally gain from going to war just because others want it and pursue their own goals? How can I be sure that the promises made to me are true? The truth is that many of us were shaped by religious or political leaders who imposed certain beliefs and promises on us.

If we embark on the journey to inner peace while accepting our responsibility for global peace, we can create a world free from conflict, injustice and exploitation. Let us believe in this vision together and work to make it a reality.

Because at the end of the day, it is in our hands to shape the world the way we want it to be. Peace and freedom is not having to do what I don’t want to do.

“Peace is not a condition that will come about by itself, but requires our active participation, determination and shared commitment. World peace begins within each of us.”

Thank you
